Overview

Cursed Crown is an anime-style action RPG set in the medieval fantasy world of Alder, where exploration, combat, and relationships drive your adventure. Embark on a quest to uncover ancient ruins, battle fierce monsters, and forge meaningful relationships with intelligent, human-like AI characters to restore peace to a troubled land.

My Role:

Gameplay Engineer/Generalist Game Developer

I’m a game developer at a small studio, wearing multiple hats—including but not limited to systems programming, systems design, and gameplay engineering. I build core features and tools in C++ for Unreal Engine (UE5), implement multiplayer gameplay with robust replication, and own project builds and releases. I also host and facilitate playtests, turn feedback into actionable tasks, and drive bug triage and fixes end-to-end—spanning from low-level architecture to shipping polished features on tight startup timelines.
